Mayonaise is a staple in many homes nowadays. We use it often in ours – it is a great base for creating other sauces and condiments from.
Last time we went to the supermarket we realised that the store-bought mayonnaise prices have increased! And with how much we use mayonnaise (I’m a massive sauce/condiment fan) for our meals, we would have to spend a fortune just to be able to have this staple at home at all times.
Fortunately, it is both easy and cheap to make it at home yourself! And what’s better is, it taste better than the storebought ones, have more nutrients and health benefits, and you can flavour it any way you’d like!
We usually mix ours with either Sriracha for a lovely Spicy Mayo, or garlic and lemon juice for some quick aioli.
