1 Tall jar
1 Sterilised jar for serving and storing
Ingredients
1
Whole Egg
Or two egg yolks
2
tsp
Dijon Mustard
1
tbsp
White Vinegar
Apple Cider or Lemon Juice also works well. Up to your flavour preference
1/4

Salt
1/4
tsp
Pepper
200
ml
Oil
Flavourless or with flavour
Instructions
Add everything but the oil to the tall jar
1 Whole Egg,
2 tsp Dijon Mustard,
1 tbsp White Vinegar,
1/4 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Pepper
Slowly drizzle in the oil while you are mixing the mixture with the hand mixer.
200 ml Oil
Continue on until the whole mixture has emulsified or has reached the desired texture you are looking for.
Transfer the Mayonaise over to the sterilised jar for storage and serving.
Notes
Keeps well in the fridge for a week.
Great base recipe to make other condiments with.
